1. Promoter
The promoter is Chantel Judith Ryan trading as Legally Healthy, ABN 83 648 734 350 (Promoter).
2. Promotion period
The promotion opens at 8:00 am AWST on Saturday, 22 August 2026 and closes at 5:00 pm AWST on Sunday 20 September 2026 (Promotion Period).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. How to enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
- complete and submit the dedicated WHEF competition form;
- provide their first name, email address and Instagram handle;
- confirm that they follow @legallyhealthyanz on Instagram; and
- agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is free. No purchase is required.
Incomplete, duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.
5. Email consent and toolkit
By entering, entrants consent to receiving the free Legally Healthy Practitioner Protection Toolkit and marketing emails from Legally Healthy.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email.
The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6. Prize
There is one prize consisting of:
- $650 Legally Healthy store credit to use toward eligible legal templates or bundles available through the Legally Healthy website; and
- one 20-minute Template Strategy Session with Chantel Ryan.
The monetary value of the store credit is $650. No separate monetary value is attributed to the Template Strategy Session, which is not ordinarily sold separately
The free Practitioner Protection Toolkit is provided to all valid entrants and is not included in the stated prize value.
7. Store credit conditions
The $650 store credit:
- will be provided as a unique promotional or store-credit code;
- may be used for eligible Legally Healthy templates or bundles available at the time of redemption;
- must be used in a single transaction;
- expires six months after the date it is issued;
- is not transferable or exchangeable for cash;
- cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, custom legal work or services;
- may be applied to the current website price of eligible products;
- cannot be combined with another discount or promotional code;
- requires the winner to pay any amount by which their order exceeds $650; and
- will not result in a refund, further credit or cash payment if the order value is less than $650.
Any unused portion of the store credit will be forfeited.
8. Prize draw
The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries at 9:00 am AWST on Monday, 21 September 2026 at the Promoter’s business premises in Perth, Western Australia.
The first valid entry randomly selected will win the prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable law.
9. Winner notification
The winner will be notified using the email address provided with their entry on 21 September 2026.
The winner must reply to the notification email and confirm acceptance of the prize by 5:00 pm AWST on Friday, 25 September 2026.
Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and checking their email, including spam or junk folders.
10. Unclaimed prize
If the winner does not claim the prize by the deadline, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, their entitlement to the prize will be forfeited.
A replacement winner will be selected by random electronic redraw at 9:00 am AWST on Monday, 28 September 2026 and notified by email on the same day.
The replacement winner must claim the prize within five business days of notification.
11. Verification
The Promoter may verify an entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, including whether the entrant follows @legallyhealthyanz on Instagram.
If an entrant cannot be verified or has provided inaccurate information, the Promoter may declare their entry invalid.
12. General conditions
The prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except where required by law.
The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits misleading information or otherwise acts inconsistently with these Terms and Conditions.
If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as intended, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to any legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
- late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries;
- technical failures affecting the entry form, website, email or Instagram;
- an entrant failing to receive an email because of incorrect details, filters or technical issues; or
- any loss arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
14. Instagram and event disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta, fx Medicine, BioCeuticals, Blackmores or the Women’s Health Expert Forum.
Entrants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility associated with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
15. Privacy
The Promoter will collect and use entrants’ personal information to:
- administer the promotion;
- verify entries;
- contact the winner;
- deliver the Practitioner Protection Toolkit; and
- send Legally Healthy marketing communications.
Personal information will not be sold to third parties. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.
16. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
