Terms and Conditions

Draw	9:00 am AWST, 4 January 2027
Prize	One qualifying Legally Healthy order will be refunded in full, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Promoter

The promoter is Chantel Judith Ryan trading as Legally Healthy, ABN 83 648 734 350 (Promoter).

2. Promotion period

The promotion opens at 12:00 am AWST on 5 November 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AWST on 31 December 2026 (Promotion Period).

Purchases made outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter

To enter, an eligible person must make a Qualifying Purchase through the Legally Healthy website during the Promotion Period.

A Qualifying Purchase is a completed and paid purchase of an eligible Legally Healthy legal template or template bundle.

Each Qualifying Purchase constitutes one entry into the promotion.

A person may receive more than one entry by making more than one separate Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period.

No separate entry form is required.

The price of Legally Healthy products is not increased as a result of this promotion.

5. Eligible and excluded purchases

Eligible purchases include Legally Healthy legal templates and template bundles available for purchase through the Legally Healthy website during the Promotion Period, including products purchased at a sale price or using a valid promotional, discount, referral or affiliate code.

The following do not qualify:

• free products or downloads;
• gift cards or store credit;
• orders that are cancelled, refunded, reversed or subject to a successful chargeback before the draw; or
• fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.

6. Prize

There is one prize.

The winner will receive a refund of the amount actually paid for the Qualifying Purchase selected in the draw, after the application of any discount, promotional code, credit or other reduction.

The refund will not exceed the amount actually paid by the winner for the selected order.

The prize does not include the value of any discount, store credit or other amount that was not actually paid by the winner.

The refund will be made, where reasonably practicable, to the original payment method used for the selected purchase.

7. Prize draw

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid Qualifying Purchases at 9:00 am AWST on Monday, 4 January 2027 at the Promoter's business premises in Perth, Western Australia.

Each valid Qualifying Purchase will be allocated one entry in the draw.

The first valid entry randomly selected will win the prize.

The Promoter will retain records sufficient to verify the conduct and outcome of the draw in accordance with applicable requirements.

The Promoter's decision is final, subject to applicable law.

8. Winner notification

The winner will be notified using the email address associated with the selected order on Monday, 4 January 2027.

The winner must reply to the notification email and confirm acceptance of the prize by 5:00 pm AWST on Monday, 11 January 2027.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and checking their email, including spam or junk folders.

9. Winner publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may announce their name and, where applicable, business name in connection with the promotion through Legally Healthy’s website, social media channels and email newsletter.

The Promoter will not publish the winner’s contact details or other personal information without their consent.

Any use of the winner’s image, photograph, testimonial or other additional personal information for promotional purposes will be subject to the winner’s separate consent.

10. Unclaimed prize

If the selected winner does not claim the prize by the deadline, is ineligible, cannot be contacted or the selected purchase is subsequently found not to be a Qualifying Purchase, their entitlement to the prize will be forfeited.

A replacement winner will be selected by random electronic redraw at 9:00 am AWST on Tuesday, 12 January 2027 and notified by email on the same day.

The replacement winner must claim the prize within five business days of notification.

11. Verification

The Promoter may verify a participant's eligibility, the validity of a Qualifying Purchase and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter may declare an entry invalid where an order is fraudulent, unauthorised, cancelled, refunded, reversed or otherwise does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

12. General conditions

The prize cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged for another prize, except where required by law.

The Promoter may disqualify a participant who tampers with the promotion or entry process, provides misleading information, engages in fraudulent conduct or otherwise acts inconsistently with these Terms and Conditions.

If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as intended, the Promoter will deal with the promotion in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• technical failures affecting the Legally Healthy website, payment platform or email systems;
• an order not being successfully completed or recorded because of technical or payment-processing issues;
• a participant failing to receive an email because of incorrect contact details, filtering or technical issues; or
• loss arising from participation in the promotion or receipt of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Rener Expo disclaimer

The Golden Order promotion is conducted independently by Legally Healthy.

It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Rener Health Products or The Rener Health Expo.

15. Privacy

The Promoter will collect and use personal information associated with Qualifying Purchases for purposes including:

• administering the promotion;
• verifying eligibility and Qualifying Purchases;
• conducting and recording the draw;
• contacting the winner; and
• providing the prize.

Participation in the promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Legally Healthy.

Any marketing communications will be sent in accordance with the consent otherwise provided by the participant and applicable law.

The Promoter may also use the winner’s name and, where applicable, business name to announce the outcome of the promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Legally Healthy Privacy Policy.

16. Records

The Promoter will retain records relating to the promotion and draw for at least 12 months after the promotion as required by applicable Western Australian trade-promotion lottery requirements.

17. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
